Ingredients
- 1 Arizona Grass Raised beef hear
- sea salt
- Water
- 1 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Qt Water
- 1 Tbsp Coconut palm sugar
- 3/4 Cup Brown rice flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Ginger powder
- 1 Tsp Black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne (this was mildly spicy to me, but you might want to go lighter)
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 Cup Arizona Grass Raised Beef Bone Broth
- Rosemary sprigs, to taste

Instructions
- Soak the thawed heart in a sea salt/cold water bath for an hour to pull out the blood
- Next soak the heart in a bowl with 1 quart water and 1 cup apple cider vinegar for an hour
- Next, carefully cut the membranes and fat from the meat.
- Cut heart into 1 inch cubes.
- Combine coconut palm sugar, brown rice flour, black pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder and cayenne in a bowl and dredge the heart in the mixture.
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add heart to skillet and brown on both sides
- Add bone broth and rosemary to skillet, stir, cover and let simmer on low heat for 2 hours
