  1. Soak the thawed heart in a sea salt/cold water bath for an hour to pull out the blood
  2. Next soak the heart in a bowl with 1 quart water and 1 cup apple cider vinegar for an hour
  3. Next, carefully cut the membranes and fat from the meat.
  4. Cut heart into 1 inch cubes.
  5. Combine coconut palm sugar, brown rice flour, black pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder and cayenne in a bowl and dredge the heart in the mixture.
  6. Melt butter in skillet.
  7. Add heart to skillet and brown on both sides
  8. Add bone broth and rosemary to skillet, stir, cover and let simmer on low heat for 2 hours
