Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Lb Arizona Grass Raised ground beef…
- 1/2 Lb Arizona Grass Raised Chorizo
- 1 Medium Onion, minced
- 4 Cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- Curly leaf lettuce
- 3 Medium Sized tomatoes, thickly sliced
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Fresh ground black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high
- Combine ground beef, Chorizo, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix just until blended.
- Shape beef mixture into 6 patties
- Place patties on a grill rack rubbed with oil.
- Grill 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness
- Assemble burgers with lettuce leaves, patties and tomatoes (as the bun).
