- 2 Arizona Grass Raised top sirloin steaks, about 1 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 Cup Bourbon
Garlic Herb Rub
- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Rosemary
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tsp Fennel
- 2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1.5 Tbsp Coarse salt
- 2 Tsp Freshly ground pepper

Instructions
- Preparation 1. Generously coat steaks with the garlic herb rub. 2. Set aside and let rest about 30 minutes to an hour, to room temperature. 3. Heat skillet over medium-high flame. Add oil and butter. 4. Once oil and butter are melted and slightly splattering, add steaks and cook about 5-6 minutes on each side. 5. Remove steaks and tent with foil to rest. 6. Turn heat to low. 7. Add bourbon and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly and scraping any browned bits. 8. Top steaks with bourbon sauce and serve.
