- 2 2/1 - 3 Lbs Arizona Grass Raised beef brisket
- 1/2 Cup Onion diced
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1 12 Oz Can Chili Sauce
- 1 12 Oz Beer
- 1 Tsp Black pepper
- Place brisket fat side down in deep roasting pan
- Sprinkle brisket with onion, pepper and garlic powder
- Cover tightly and cook in slow oven (300°F) for 3 hours.
- Pour beer over brisket, increase oven temperature to 350°F and continue cooking, covered, for 30 minutes.
