Arizona Grass Raised beef brisket

Onion diced

Garlic powder

12 Oz Can
Chili Sauce

12 Oz
Beer

Tsp
Black pepper
Instructions
Place brisket fat side down in deep roasting pan
Sprinkle brisket with onion, pepper and garlic powder
Cover tightly and cook in slow oven (300°F) for 3 hours.
Pour beer over brisket, increase oven temperature to 350°F and continue cooking, covered, for 30 minutes.
