Ingredients
- 1 Lb Arizona Grass Raised ground beef…
- 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Large yellow onion, finely chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic smashed and peeled
- Fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (optional
- 1 Cup Tomato sauce
- 1/2 Cup Pitted green olives, sliced
- 1 Tsp Ground Cumin

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes, until softened.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Cook, breaking up the meat until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, olives and cumin
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve.
