Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In food processor, mix egg, liver, garlic and basil until completely blended
  3. Transfer to a large bowl and add ground beef, salt and pepper. Mix together with your hands until evenly distributed.
  4. Roll into 1” meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake until firm and slightly browned
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with tomato sauce. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  7. Remove from pan and serve warm
