- 1 Lb Arizona Grass Raised ground beef…
- 1/2 Cup Arizona Grass Raised beef liver, one filet
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 2 Handfuls Fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Fresh ground pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Organic tomato sauce
- Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In food processor, mix egg, liver, garlic and basil until completely blended
- Transfer to a large bowl and add ground beef, salt and pepper. Mix together with your hands until evenly distributed.
- Roll into 1” meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Bake until firm and slightly browned
- Remove from oven and drizzle with tomato sauce. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Remove from pan and serve warm
