Ingredients
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Zucchini chopped
- 1-2 Carrots chopped
- 1-2 Celery chopped
- 1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can/jar of Tomatoes
- 1 lb AZGRB Italian Sausage
- 4-6 cups AZGRB Bone Broth
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Sauté onion, carrots, celery and zucchini until tender, (stirring occasionally) and then add in AZGRB Italian Sausage and brown.
- Then add in the rest of the ingredients and turn up heat until a boil and drop to medium heat, cover for about 30 minutes.
- Taste along way and see if you need more seasoning or salt/pepper/garlic. Let cool and serve!
- Add fresh raw Parmesan (optional). Enjoy!
