Italian Soup
Ingredients

Onion chopped

Zucchini chopped
1-2
Carrots chopped
1-2
Celery chopped
1-2
tsp
Italian seasoning
1
can/jar
of Tomatoes
1
lb
AZGRB Italian Sausage
4-6
cups
AZGRB Bone Broth
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Sauté onion, carrots, celery and zucchini until tender, (stirring occasionally) and then add in AZGRB Italian Sausage and brown.
Then add in the rest of the ingredients and turn up heat until a boil and drop to medium heat, cover for about 30 minutes.
Taste along way and see if you need more seasoning or salt/pepper/garlic. Let cool and serve!
Add fresh raw Parmesan (optional). Enjoy!
