In a medium bowl, combine oats with a quarter cup water. Add next eight ingredients ( egg through salt) and whisk.
Crumble meat into a large bowl and top with step one ingredients. Mixed with bare hands pulling mixture apart To evenly distribute seasoning. Do not over-mix. Shape into approximately 24( 1 inch )balls.
Bake meatballs on parchment lined baking sheet in preheated 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until done.
I put these balls over some chickpea pasta.
