Instructions
  1. In a skillet over med-high heat, cook the onion in the oil for several minutes
  2. Add the taco meat and cook til done.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 2 mins
  4. Mix in the tomato sauce.
  5. While the mixture is warming, take the head of iceberg lettuce and use several of the large outside leaves to form 3 to 4 lettuce bowls. Shred the rest of the head.
  6. Place the shredded lettuce in the lettuce bowls, evenly distributing between them. Divide the beef mixture between the bowls and add the cheese as a topping.
