Simply cut zucchini down the middle and if it doesn’t lay flat, cut off a sliver of bottom. Scoop seeds out leaving room for your toppings. Load it up with marinara sauce and a sautéed blend of mushrooms, AZGRB Italian sausage, onions, garlic, spinach and topped with mozzarella.
Bake for approximately 15 min at 400 till zucchini is soft. Delish!!
