Orders & Shipping
Orders typically take 5–14 business days to process and ship from our facility, after which transit generally takes 1–3 days to arrive at your door. Please note that out-of-state orders are sent out on Mondays only, while Arizona orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships, and you can also check its progress anytime visiting Order Tracking. If you have any specific questions, feel free to email support@azgrassraisedbeef.com and our shipping department will reply within 24 business hours.
No. Raw meat and other items intended for home preparation are exempt from sales tax.
We ship nationwide to all 50 states. To guarantee temperature control, individual box weights are capped at 15 lbs during summer months and 18 lbs during winter months. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, mailbox stores, or UPS/FedEx office locations.
To ensure your grass‑raised beef arrives frozen and to support sustainable shipping from our small Arizona ranch, we have a $100 minimum order. This allows us to pack each insulated box efficiently and reduce unnecessary waste. Thanks for supporting responsible ranching.
One box fits up to 15 lbs of product in the summer and 18 lbs in the winter, so larger orders may be divided into multiple packages. We always maximize box space efficiently to ensure all your items stay completely frozen until they arrive at your door.
It is normal for dry ice to completely evaporate (sublimate) into a gas during transit. As long as the beef is cold to the touch, it is safe to freeze.
No. Due to limited freezer space at our pickup markets, local pickup is not available for Quarter, Half, or Whole Beef. These bulk orders include scheduled direct delivery straight to your door anywhere in Arizona starting at $29.99.
Local pickup is available for all standard orders at checkout. You can pick up Tuesday–Thursday (10:30 AM–5:00 PM) at Arcadia Meat Market in Phoenix, or on Thursdays (11:00 AM–4:00 PM) at Open Range Market in Dewey.
Direct home delivery is available for larger local orders of 20 lbs or more. Once your order is ready, our team will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Customer Support
Orders can be canceled or modified at any time before they ship, but once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made. To request a change, please reply directly to your order confirmation or email support@arizonagrassraisedbeef.com as soon as possible.
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can review it for a replacement or refund.
You do not need to be home, but you are responsible for retrieving the package promptly to prevent it from sitting unattended. As long as your beef arrives frozen or cold to the touch (under 40° F), it is completely safe to place straight into your freezer.
Please take photos of the product and packaging, then email them along with your full name and order number to support@arizonagrassraisedbeef.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue right away to issue a refund or a replacement order based on your preference.
Our beef is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen, while our bone broth comes in 32oz resealable containers, allowing all products to keep for up to a year in the freezer. Once defrosted in the refrigerator, please ensure you use the products within 7 days.
You will need roughly one cubic foot of freezer space for every 35–40 lbs of meat. To visualize this, a standard grocery paper bag holds about 25 lbs, meaning a Quarter Beef requires roughly 3 bags of space, a Half Beef takes 6 bags, and a Whole Beef takes up about 12 bags.
