Order Processing
Arizona Grass Raised Beef ships to all 50 states and takes great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. All orders are processed in our small production facility and typically ship within 5–14 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during sales, promotions, or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Larger local orders (20 lbs. or more) are eligible for direct delivery to your door by Arizona Grass Raised Beef. When your order is ready, we will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Shipping Schedule
Shipping timelines are dictated by product availability. To ensure safe delivery of perishable products, our warehouse ships Arizona orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday. To avoid any transit delays, out of state orders are shipped on Mondays only. Shipping schedules may also be adjusted during major holidays when carriers are closed or experiencing heavy volume.
Packaging & Temperature Control
Each order is packed in insulated boxes with dry ice to maintain proper temperature control. Box weight is limited seasonally:
- Winter Months: up to 18 lbs per box
- Summer Months: up to 15 lbs per box
Larger orders may be divided into multiple boxes to ensure safe delivery.
Transit Times
Most shipments arrive within one to three days once they leave our facility. Transit times may vary based on location, carrier performance, and weather conditions.
Delivery Instructions
We do not accept or relay special delivery instructions to our carriers. We do not ship to PO boxes, mailbox stores, UPS Stores, FedEx Office locations, or any address that cannot accept perishable deliveries.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for all orders except Quarter, Half, and Whole Beef. Pickup can be selected at checkout.

Quarter, Half, & Whole Beef
Quarter, Half, and Whole Beef are available for Arizona residents only. These orders include scheduled delivery throughout Arizona, starting at $29.99. Local pickup is not available for Quarter, Half, or Whole Beef due to limited freezer space.
Bulk Ground Beef
Availability may vary during low‑stock periods and may cause slight delays in processing.
Delivery Guarantee
Your beef should arrive frozen or cold to the touch (under 40° F). If your order arrives warm, damaged, or compromised, please contact us within twenty‑four hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, your order number, and a description of the issue and we will either refund or re-ship your order based on the customers request.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring the package is received promptly.
