Bone Broth

Instructions: Thaw over night in the refrigerator before use.

One cup serving: Squeeze desired into a pot on medium heat, bring to warm.

Ideas for add ins: Salt, pepper, chili flake, paprika, turmeric, oregano, thyme, garlic, cinnamon, lemongrass, olive oil, coconut oil, lemon, apple cider vinegar)

For Braising: Use 1-2 Quarts, season and brown meat, add broth, season entire dish as needed, cook, rest and serve. Save all liquid, reduce and freeze in cube trays ti use for sauce base or sauté cubes.
